In our online store we want to deliver your order in the shortest time possible, and we will try to deliver within the following deadlines:
- National orders (Colombia): The shipment of the products will be made through INTERRAPIDISIMO, ENVIA, SERVIENTREGA O COORDINADORA MERCANTIL S.A., external logistics operators and contracted by FLOWER SWIMWEAR S.A.S. The logistics operator is responsible for the safe delivery of the products and within the agreed times. We have a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days for the main cities, and up to 10 business days for the rest of the country. Delivery days are counted from the day after the order is placed.
- International orders (outside Colombia): The shipment of the products will be made through DHL EXPRESS COLOMBIA LTDA, an external logistics operator contracted by FLOWER SWIMWEAR S.A.S. The logistics operator is responsible for the safe delivery of the products and within the agreed times. We have a delivery time of 3 to 10 business days, counted from the day after the order is placed, which may vary due to retentions or delays in customs or local authorities.
