Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally, with carriers such as DHL, FDEX, COPA CARGO.

When will I receive my product?

Delivery times start counting one day after the purchase is made, for national shipments the times are 1 to 10 business days, for shipments outside of Colombia the times are 3 to 10 business days, understood as business days, Monday to Friday except holidays.

Do I need to have an account to buy?

It is not necessary to have a Flower Swimwear account to make a purchase. However, when you create an account you will discover all the benefits we will have for you throughout the year and you will be able to see summaries of previous orders.

I just made a purchase and I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Can I modify or cancel the order?

The modification or cancellation of orders is subject to the status of the order. You can make the request via email sales@flowerswimwear.com

Can I track my order?

You will receive a “shipping confirmation” email once your order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking number that will allow you to track your purchase.

How do I get my sales invoice?

FLOWER BY PAOLA GARCIA S.A.S We are committed to the environment, the invoice for your order will be sent to the email address registered in the purchase, no printed invoice will be sent with the product, in case you do not receive the invoice days after receiving your order , you must contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE.
